FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q1: Are you a factory or a trader?
A1: Our Hi-Q Therapy is a comprehensive multinational company integrating R&D, production,sales and international trade services, we have two R&D centers, more than 120 fully automatic production lines, equipped with more than 200 skilled production workers.

Q2: What is your minimum order quantity?
A2: Different products have different minimum order requirements, usually one carton, you can send an email to us to confirm according to the product.

Q3: Do you have OEM/ODM service?
A3: Of course, very welcome, you can send us your design draft or product idea, we will make it for you.

Q4: How can I get the price?
A4: 1. We usually quote within 8 hours after getting your inquiry (Except weekend and holidays).
2. If urgently needed, please email us by andre（@）hi-qtech.com or calling +86 198 0756 1550, we will reply soon.

Q5: Can I buy samples placing orders?
A5: Yes. Please feel free to contact us. The sample is free, you only need to pay the freight or we will send it to your cooperative freight forwarder.

Q6: What is your lead time?
A6: 1. It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
2. Usually, goods would be ready in 1~3 workdays for small quantity<50 cartons
3. and about 7-10 workdays for 40 HQ formal business quantity.
4. OEM/ODM: If the product details and the printed content of the package are confirmed, samples can be completed within 2 weeks.

Q7: What is your payment term?
A7: 1. T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram and Paypal. it is negotiable.
2. We accept Escrow & L/C if large value for regular customer.

Q8: What is the shipping method?
A8: By Sea, by Air & by Express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx) all are available.
1. Sample and trial order with small weight/volume: By Express
2. Formal order with medium volume/weight> 50~80Kg: By air
3. Formal order with large volume/weight: By Train/by Sea
