How to connect WIFI?

1) Turn off the chiller, then long press and for seconds.
2) When the screen lights up, the will flash, which means the water chiller is in pairing mode.
3) Ensure your mobile phone Bluetooth is switched on, and connect 2.4G Wifi.
4) Open the Smart Life (or Tuya APP) on your Apple iOS/Android phone.
5) Select “Add device” (app auto-detects if the chiller is in pairing mode, else choose manually)
6) Choose your WIFI connection and enter your WIFI password
7) Once connection has been established, you can then enter the chiller app control panel.

What' s adjustable temperature range?

Adopted with the R32, the cold therapy chiller can cool down water effectively without Freon emission, with a wide temperature range from 104℉ to 37℉

How often to replace the waterfilter?

The frequency of filter cartridge replacement mainly depends on the quality of the water and the number of uses. Replace water filter once per week is recommended. And it's recommended to clean the hair filter and filter gasket once a month.

Is it normal for the chiller to get hot?

Any electrical device generates heat during operation, but the ice bath chiller will not get excessively hot. It remains safe to use.

How long can an ice bath chiller serve?

Our ice bath chillers are designed to last about 10 years. If used frequently, the refrigerant needs to be replenished every 2 years to ensure normal operation.

How to protect our chiller when it is used outdoors?

Please do NOT place the chiller directly under the sun or in rain or snow, place the chiller under a shelter. Reduce equipment aging and damage, extend its service life, and mitigate the impact of high-temperature environments on refrigeration efficiency

Why error codes occur on the new chiller?

Hi-Q therapy chillers are professional equipment that needs to be installed and operated strictly in accordance with the instructions for use. The error codes do not mean that the chiller is faulty but that it is automatically triggered into protection mode under the current usage environment.
Especially when the chiller is newly used for the first time, it needs to upgrade to the latest APP.
After being activated, it can be used normally. If the error codes occur on an old device, please tell us the ID number of the device and we can remotely upgrade it (OTA) for you.

Is it feasible to control the chiller when I'm away from home?

Yes, Hi-Q smart chiller adopts the latest IOT technology, you can operate the chiller like any other smart appliance even when you are thousands of miles away from home.

Will you will attend the fair to show your products?

Yes, we attend the CES exhibition in US and Canton Fair in China. You may subscribe to our social media accounts for the updated news.

Can I only buy some spare parts from you?

Yes. We treat every clients with sincerity and love to provide parts or aftersale guidance even though your chiller didn't order from us.

How many days you need to install the equipment?

Our chiller is super easy to install in 5 minutes, just plug and play. No need to change the circuit layout in your house.

How long is your delivery time?

We have goods in stock that can be sent immediately after your payment, and it would take around 7-9 days by Express delivery to your address. May I know how many pieces you need? We will check the warehouse stock and let you know the shipping cost soon.

How long is the warranty service?

Normally is one year warranty from the shipping date. If it is within the warranty period, our company or our nearest dealer will be responsible for it. If it is out of warranty, we will provide paid maintenance service.
