Part I – Limited Warranty
These Hi-Q Group After-Sales Policies (these “Policies”) only apply to Hi-Q Group products you purchased from Hi-Q Group direct-sale stores or authorized retailers for your own use and not for resale. 质高科技的售后政策(这些“政策”)仅适用于您从我司直营或者授权的零售商处购买自用而非转售的的我司产品。
In the event of a conflict between different translations of these terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.

By using your Hi-Q Group product, you agree to be bound by these Policies. If you are not eligible or do not agree to any of the Terms, do not use your Hi-Q Group product. 使用质高科技的产品即表示您同意受本政策约束。如果您不符合条件或不同意任何条款,你可以谢绝使用该产品。
What is Covered
Under this Limited Warranty, Hi-Q Group warrants that each Hi-Q Group product that you purchase will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use in accordance with Hi-Q Group’s published product materials during the warranty period. Hi-Q Group’s published product materials include, but not limited to, user manuals, safety guidelines, specifications. Hi-Q Group保证,在正常使用情况下,您购买的质高科技产品在保修期内没有材料和工艺上的缺陷。质高科技发布的产品资料包括但不限于,用户手册、安全指南、规格书。
The warranty period for different products and parts vary, please check http://www.Hi-QTECH.com to verify the duration of the warranty for your particular product or parts. The warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered, If you cannot provide invoice or other valid proof of purchase, then the warranty period will start from 45 days after the shipping date that shows on the product, unless otherwise agreed upon between you and Hi-Q Group. 不同产品和零部件的保修期各不相同,请访问http://www.Hi-QTECH.com,以验证您的特定产品和零部件的保修期限。产品的保修期从签收日期第一天开始,如果你不能提供发票或其他有效的购买证明,则保修起始日期以设备所示的出厂日期向后顺延45日或由质高科技另有规定。
All free repair services are limited to China, or you can ship the product back to China at your own expense. Each country and region has different labor costs and consumption indexes. If you are not in the Chinese market, we can provide free accessories and online installation and maintenance guidance, but Hi-Q Group will not bear your local labor repair costs. 所有免费维修服务仅限于中国境内,或者您可以将产品运回中国。每个国家和地区的劳动力成本和消费指数不同,如果您不在中国市场,我们可以提供免费的配件和在线安装及维修指导,但质高科技不承担您当地的维修和人工费用。
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may obtain after-sales service by contacting Hi-Q Group’s service center as provided in Part IV of these Policies or through www.Hi-QTECH.com/. You will need to provide a valid proof-of-purchase, receipt or order number (for Hi-Q Group Direct Sales) and products APP ID for the warranty service. 在保修期间,若产品不能实现所保证的功能,请联系本政策第四部分中提供的Hi-Q Group服务中心或通过www.Hi-QTECH.com以获取相应的售后服务。您需要提供有效的购买证明、收据或订单号(适用于 Hi-Q Group 直销)和产品ID才能获得保修服务。
Hi-Q Group may not provide after-sales service in some regions, and the content of the after-sales service policy may vary from region to region. 质高科技可能在某些地区不提供售后服务,且售后服务政策的内容也可能因地而异。
Charges may apply for services not covered by this Limited Warranty. Please contact Hi-Q Group for information specific to your location. 常规服务范围外的服务可能要收费。如欲了解本地信息,请联系Hi-Q Group。
What Will Hi-Q Group Do
Hi-Q Group will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by telephone, e-mail or online chat. Hi-Q Group may direct you to download and install particular software updates. If it is related to functional failure, we may guide you to provide some operation videos and auxiliary operation records and pictures. The video time may vary from 5 to 10 minutes. 质高科技将尝试通过电话、电子邮件和在线聊天诊断和解决您的问题。质高科技可以指导您下载和安装特定的软件更新。如果涉及功能性故障,我们将指导您提供一些操作视频和辅助性的操作记录和图片,视频时长可能5~10分钟不等。
If your problem cannot be resolved over the telephone, or through the application of OTA software updates, you may be required to deliver the product to Hi-Q Group for further examination. Hi-Q Group will arrange for repair or replacement service at no cost if the problem falls under this Limited Warranty. 如果通过电话、应用软件更新无法解决您的问题,您需要将产品交付给我们进一步检查。如果问题属于保修范围,质高科技将免费安排维修或更换服务。
If your product is not in China, or you cannot ship the product back to China, you can keep the product to be repaired. We will provide you with free product or parts for replacement, and you will bear the shipping cost of the product or parts. 如果你的产品不在中国,或者您不能把产品运回中国,你可以保留待维修的产品,我们发新的产品或者配件给你更换,您需承担产品或者配件的运费。
What These After-Sales Policies Do Not Cover
These policies do not cover the following: 本政策不涵盖以下情况:
× Product damage caused by force majeure factors, including but not limited to, fires, natural disasters, government actions, social abnormal events. 不可抗因素导致的产品损坏,包括但不限于,火灾,自然灾害、政府行为、社会异常事件等。
× Crashes or damage caused by non-manufacturing factors, including but not limited to, users errors. 发生人为的非产品本身质量问题导致的碰撞,损坏,包括但不限于,用户错误。
× Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with Hi-Q Group’s official instructions or manuals. 发生非官方说明书指导的私自改装、拆解、开壳等行为而造成的损坏。
× Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with Hi-Q Group’s official instructions or manuals. 未按说明书指导的不正确安装、使用及操作所造成的损坏。
× Damage caused by an unauthorized service provider. 在无官方说明指导的情况下,客户自行维修部件导致的损坏。
× Damage caused by an unauthorized modification of circuits, mismatch, or misuse of power cord and socket. 因非官方说明书指导的电路改造、使用不匹配或误用电源线和插座而造成的损坏。
× Damage caused by a forced run when components have aged or been damaged. 在零部件老化或损坏时,强制运行造成的损坏。
× Damage caused by a reliability or compatibility issue due to use of unauthenticated third-party parts. 与非质高科技认证的第三方部件同时使用时发生可靠性及兼容性问题导致的损坏。
× Damage caused by operating the product with a defective power or at low voltage. 用有故障的电源或低电压操作产品所造成的损坏。
× Any technical or other support, such as assistance with “how-to” questions or inaccurate product set-up and installation. 为机器提供的任何技术支持或其他支持,例如帮助解决 “操作方法” 问题和有关机器设置与安装问题;
× Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed. 改动或撕下识别标签的产品或部件。
Limitation of Liability
Each Chiller of Hi-Q Group has to go through a real water cycle test before shipment, and condensed water will inevitably appear during the refrigeration test. If you find a small amount of residual water in the device or small water droplets on the surface after you receive the product, this is normal. We do not accept any refund or replacement for this reason. 质高科技的每一台制冷机发货前都必须经过水循环真实测试,并且在制冷测试中将不可避免的出现冷凝水,您收到产品如果发现设备里面有少量残余水或者表面有小水珠,这属于正常现象,我们不接受以此为由的任何退款或者更换。
When receiving service, Hi-Q Group is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in Hi-Q Group's possession or in transit, if Hi-Q Group is responsible for transportation (Products that are not provided with transportation services by Hi-Q Group are not covered by the warranty if the product is damaged due to transportation). 质高科技仅在下列情况下对产品的丢失或损坏负责:产品已为质高科技所拥有;或产品在Hi-Q Group负责运输的条款。(非质高科技提供运输服务的产品,因运输导致产品损坏不在保修范围内)。
Under no circumstances, and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any remedy set forth herein, shall Hi-Q Group, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers be liable for any of the following even if informed of their possibility and regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability or other theory of liability: 对于以下情况,无论本文规定的任何救济是否达到其根本目的,也不论索赔是基于合同、担保、疏忽、严格责任或其它责任理论,质高科技及其关联企业、供应商、经销商或服务供应商概不负责,即使已获知发生这些情况的可能性,情况也不例外:
1) third party claims against you for damages; 第三方向您提出损害赔偿要求;
2) loss, damage or disclosure of your data; 您的数据的丢失、损坏或泄露;
3) special, incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. 特别的、附带的、间接的或继发的损害,包括但不限于利润、业务收入、商誉或其他无形损失的损害赔偿。
In no case shall the total liability of Hi-Q Group, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers for damages from any cause exceed the amount of actual direct damages, not to exceed the amount paid for the product. 无论损害基于任何原因,质高科技及其关联企业、供应商、经销商或服务供应商的全部责任仅限于您实际遭受的直接损失,并且不多于您购买产品付出的金额。
The foregoing limitation does not apply to damages for bodily injury (including death), damage to real property or damage to tangible personal property for which Hi-Q Group is liable under law. 上述限制不适用于质高科技应依法负责的人身伤害(包括死亡),以及不动产和有形个人财产的损失赔偿。
As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 某些国家或地区或司法辖区不允许对附带的或后果性的损害有任何的排查或限制,因此上述排除或限制可能不适用于您。
Limitation Of Warranty
To the extent permitted by law, except as expressly provided in this limited warranty, Hi-Q Group disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether statutory, express or implied, including: (a) any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement; and (b) any warranty arising out of course of dealing, usage, or trade. The Hi-Q Group entities do not warrant, except as expressly provided in Hi-Q Group limited warranty, that the product, product accessories, or any portion of the product, or any materials, will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. 在法律允许范围内,除本保修政策明确规定外,Hi-Q Group实体拒绝提供任何种类的明示的或者默示的担保,包括:(A)关于适销性、适合特定目的、产权、安宁享用权或者不侵权的任何默示担保;以及(B)由于交易过程、惯例或者行规发生的任何担保。Hi-Q Group实体不能保证本产品或者本产品的任何部分或者通过本产品提供的任何材料或者内容,将不会发生中断、是安全的或者不存在任何错误、病毒或者其他有害成分,并且不能保证任何该等问题是能够纠正的。
The advice or information you receive from this product or any materials or content provided through this product (whether oral or written) does not create any warranties not explicitly stated in these terms with respect to entities of Hi-Q Group or this product or product accessories or parts. When you use or access this product or product accessories, and use or access any materials or content provided through this product, you will bear the risk of any damage that may occur. You understand and agree that your use of this product or product accessories, and your use or access to materials, should be based on your own independent judgment and at your own risk, and you fully assume the risk of personal injury, death, or property loss of yours or a third party caused by your use or inability to use this product. 您从本产品或者通过本产品提供的任何材料或者内容获得的任何建议或者信息(无论是口头的还是书面的)均不会创设本条款中没有明确载明的、与Hi-Q Group实体或者本产品或产品配件或部件有关的任何保证。在您使用或者访问本产品或产品配件,以及使用或者访问通过本产品提供的任何材料或者内容时,您将承担由此而可能发生的任何损害风险。您理解并且同意,您使用本产品或产品配件,以及使用或访问材料时,应当根据您自己的独立判断并自行承担风险,并完全独立承担因您使用或不能使用本产品而造成的人身伤害、死亡、您的或第三方的财产损失。
Should such warranties cannot be disclaimed, Hi-Q Group limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty and, at Hi-Q Group's option, the repair or replacement services provided in this limited warranty. 如果此类保证不能免除,质高科技将此类保证的期限和补救措施限制在本保修政策明示的期限内,并根据 Hi-Q Group的选择,限制在本有限保修中提供的维修或更换服务内。
Some jurisdictions may prohibit a disclaimer of warranties and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. 某些国家的法律可能会禁止免除担保类条款,因此您在不同的国家的相关权利可能会有所不同。
Your Other Rights
This Limited Warranty provides you with extra and specific legal rights. You may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with Hi-Q Group. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your statutory rights, including rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer products that cannot be waived or limited by agreement. 本保修声明赋予您额外的、特定的权利。您还可能拥有其它法定权利,具体取决于您所在国家/地区或司法辖区的适用法律。依据您与质高科技签订的书面协议,您可能还享有其它权利。本保修声明中的任何内容都不影响那些不可通过合同予以免除或限制的法定权利,包括规范消费品销售的法律或法规授予消费者的权利。

Part II – General Terms
Hi-Q Group guarantees that, subject to the following conditions, Replacement Service and Warranty Repair Service can be requested. Please contact Hi-Q Group for more details. You will be required to fill out a repair form, which should be sent to us along with the to-be-repaired unit or parts. Hi-Q Group will cover the round-trip shipping costs in China. 质高科技保证,根据以下条件,可以要求更换服务和保修服务。请联系质高科技了解更多细节。您需要填写维修表格,连同待维修设备或者配件一起寄给我们, 我们承担国内双程运费。
You are eligible for our Replacement of the whole machine Service if you made purchases through Hi-Q Group Official Online Store and meet either of the following conditions: 如果您通过质高科技官方渠道购买,并满足以下条件之一,您可以享受我们的整机更换服务:
√ If the core components*(1) are faulty and local repair services are unavailable. 核心配件故障且当地无法提供维修服务。
√ For other functional failures, replacing parts with our repair solutions cannot solve the problem. 其他的功能故障,经过我们提供的维修方案更换配件仍然无法解决。
√ Within 7 days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving a product if the product has sustained a substantial damage in transit, provided always that the damage proof issued by the carrier can be provided to Hi-Q Group (if Hi-Q Group is responsible for transportation). 产品在运输过程中遭受重大损坏,从您签收产品7个自然日内,向质高科技提供承运人开具的损坏证明(限于质高科技承担货物运输的条件下)。
Replacement Service will not be provided where:
× Service is requested more than seven days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving a product in Transport failure. 运输损坏,从收到产品后,申诉更换设备的时间超过7天。
× Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with. 没有提供法律上的购买证明、收据或发票,或被合理地认为是伪造或篡改的。
× A product sent to Hi-Q Group for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error. 发送给质高科技进行更换的产品不包括所有原始配件、附件和包装,或包含因用户错误而损坏的物品。
× A product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by Hi-Q Group. 在质高科技进行了所有适当的测试后,发现产品没有缺陷。
× Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, or improper installation or operation. 产品的任何错误或损坏都是由未经授权使用或修改产品造成的或安装或操作不当。
× Product labels, serial numbers, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration. 产品标签、序列号等有篡改或变更迹象。
× Received product has not been sent back to Hi-Q Group 14 days after replacement confirmation from Hi-Q Group. 收到更换确认后的14个自然日内产品未发送回质高科技。
× Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided. 不能提供承运人在运输过程中发出的损坏证明。
× Other circumstances stated in this policy. 本政策中规定的其他情况。
What to do Before Obtaining After-sales Service
Before obtaining after-sales service, the following steps must be taken: 在获得售后服务之前,必须采取以下步骤:
√ Follow the procedures specified by Hi-Q Group as shown in the “Hi-Q Group General After-Sales Service Flow” part (Appendix-1). 请按照《质高科技常规售后服务流程》部分中规定的程序进行操作(附件-1)。
√ Keep the device connected to the internet and provide the device's APP-ID, Nameplate information and product batch number on the device. 保持设备连接到互联网,并提供设备的APP的ID号,产品铭牌和产品序列号。
√ Provide Hi-Q Group with sufficient description of the fault, parameters of the APP interface, video of the faulty device. The video content includes the overall appearance of the device, installation location, display parameters, connection between the water pipe and the bathtub, and the water level and water flow of the bathtub, so Hi-Q Group can provide service as needed. 提供足够的设备故障信息:对故障的详细描述,手机APP界面的参数,故障设备的视频,视频内容包含设备的整体外观,安装位置,显示屏参数,水管和浴缸的连接,浴缸的水位和水流。
√ If you are not the owner of a product or part, obtain authorization from the owner for Hi-Q Group to provide warranty service. 如果您不是产品或部件的所有者,请获得质高科技所有者的授权,以提供保修服务。
Product and Part Replacement
When after-sales service involves the replacement of a product or part, the replaced product or part becomes Hi-Q Group’s property and the replacement product or part becomes your property. Only unaltered Hi-Q Group products and parts are eligible for replacement. 当售后服务涉及更换产品或部件时,被更换的产品或部件成为质高科技的财产,被更换的产品或部件成为您的财产。只有未改变的质高科技产品和零部件才有资格更换。
A replacement product or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product’s warranty. 替换产品或零件应包括在原产品保修的时间内。
Use of Personal Contact Information and Data
If you obtain service under this policy, you authorize Hi-Q Group to store, use, and process your chiller information and your contact information, including name, phone numbers, address, and e-mail address. You agree and understand that it is necessary for Hi-Q Group to collect, process and use your data to perform service under this policy. We may contact you to inquire about your satisfaction with our service or to notify you about any product recalls or safety issues. If you refuse to do so, Hi-Q Group may not be able to provide certain after-sales service to you. 如果您在本政策下获得服务,您将授权质高科技存储、使用和处理您的设备信息和您的联系信息,包括姓名、电话号码、地址和电子邮件地址。您同意并理解,质高科技有必要收集、处理和使用您的数据来执行本政策下的服务。我们可能会与您联系,询问您对我们的服务是否满意,或通知您任何产品召回或安全问题。
In achieve these aims, you authorize Hi-Q Group to transfer your information to any country where we do business and to provide it to entities acting on our behalf. We may also disclose your information where required by law. Essential Information
√ The warranty period for Replacement Service and Warranty Repair Service may vary with respect to your product and the part experiencing issues. Please refer to Part III Warranty Period of Main Parts. 更换服务和保修服务的保修期可能因您的产品、遇到问题的零件或购买的国家而有所不同。请参考第三部分质保期限。
√ Hi-Q Group will troubleshoot the product(s) you returned. If the detected malfunction or defect meets with any terms or conditions under Hi-Q Group's after-sales policies, Hi-Q Group shall bear the cost for replacement, or repair. 质高科技将对您返回的产品进行故障排除。如果检测到的故障或缺陷符合质高科技的售后政策下的任何条款或条件,质高科技将承担更换或维修的费用。
√ If Hi-Q Group determines that the malfunction or defect is not covered by Hi-Q Group's aftersales policies, you shall apply for Customer Paid Repair Service. Hi-Q Group will not start repairing without your consent with the offered repair quote. If you disagree with the repair quote, Hi-Q Group will return your product(s), and you may be required to burden the cost of return shipping. 如果质高科技确定故障或缺陷不包含在质高科技的售后政策中,您应申请付费维修服务。未经您同意的维修报价,质高科技将不会开始维修。如果您不同意维修报价,质高科技将退还您的产品(s),您需要承担退货运输费。
√ Please note that products and components presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. These refurbished goods have been tested and are similar to brand new goods in function and appearance. If any refurbished parts or units do not meet our quality assurance requirements, brand new parts or units will be issued. Any replaced parts may come with different serial numbers. 请注意,提交维修的产品和部件可能会被相同类型的翻新产品取代,而不是被维修。这些翻新的产品已经经过测试,在功能和外观上与全新的产品相似。如果任何翻新的部件或单位不符合我们的质量保证要求,将发布全新的部件或单位。任何更换的零件都可能带有不同的序列号。

√ Hi-Q Group does not provide global warranty, however, depending on part availability, customers can obtain cross-regional repair service at an additional charge. 质高科技不提供全球保修,但是根据零件供应情况,客户可支付额外的费用获得跨区域的维修服务。
√ If a customer in Region A wants to send in their products to a designated Hi-Q Group repair center in the Region B, the customer will need to get the consent of Hi-Q Group and bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred. 如果A地区的客户想将其产品送到B地区指定的质高科技维修中心,该客户将需要得到质高科技的同意,并承担关税、税收、清关和其他费用。
√ Before sending your product for repair, please remove any customized decorations and items on it (including but not limited to decorative stickers, UAS stickers, paintings, etc.). √ To guarantee your legal rights, please check whether your product is intact (check whether any damage has occurred to your product during transportation) when signing for it. √ Hi-Q Therapy Chillers adopt modular assembly technology, and each accessory function is independently detachable. If it is inconvenient for you to ship the device back to the manufacturer for repair, we will send you the repair parts free of charge, and assist you in replacement through video or online guidance, Hi-Q Group will not bear your local maintenance costs and labor costs. 质高科技冷疗机采用模块化组装工艺,每个配件都是独立可拆卸的功能部分。如果您不方便把设备运回我们公司维修,我们将免费把维修配件发给您,并且通过视频或在线指导的方式协助您更换, 质高科技不会承担您当地的维修费和工时费。
√ If you want to have our equipment repaired by a local appliance repair shop, we will send you a repair video and convert the cost of the parts and the replacement workload into money to subsidize your local repair costs. Hi-Q Group not bear any additional repair costs beyond the list (List of customer-paid maintenance subsidies). 如果您想通过当地家电维修店修理我们的设备,我们将为你提供维修视频,并且按照配件成本和工作量折算成经费用于补贴您的当地维修费用,我们不承担超出《客户自费维修补贴清单》的额外维修成本。
Core components*(1): Core components damaged: compressor, radiator, heat exchanger.
Water Pump*(2): Except for routine cleaning, the warranty covers only the water pump damage.
